            Hamtramck’s housing market value apparently hasn’t seen rock bottom yet. According to our sources, housing values appear to be going way below  what they were worth 20 years ago. Real estate broker John Ulaj calls the purchase prices an “amazing steal.”

            Bad news for homeowners, but great news for buyers.
